White Outfit Ideas for Bridal Festivities

Summer is coming to an end and along with it, the peak of wedding season fades away. But for all of my fellow fall and winter brides (picture me, jumping for joy with the thought that my October wedding is now NEXT MONTH!), weddings are still very much on the brain in addition to all of the fun festivities that come with them. Speaking of which, I recently enjoyed celebrating with a few of my close friends and family members at my bridal shower a few weeks ago and would love to share some outfit inspiration for brides-to-be, or ladies that just love wearing white for any occasion.

Wearing all-white can be tricky for anyone- it’s just not the most forgiving of colors; which is a shame because when it’s done right- nothing looks classier. But it really comes down to dressing for your body type. I thought long and hard about the type of dress I wanted to wear for my bridal shower. I usually go for a flowy maxi dress for celebratory events like this, however this time I opted for a playful white ruffled “hug your curves in all the right places” bodycon dress from Lulus.
