Hey, hey, hey Lei Loves! I hope your year is off to an amazing start, and that you’re feeling refreshed and excited to conquer the months ahead. Some say that the way you spend New Year’s Eve, is an indication of the year to follow. While I don’t necessarily believe that, I will say I wouldn’t mind a year of indulging in champagne and fine dining, which is what I had the privilege of doing with The Estancia and Moet & Chandon, this past New Years Eve.
The Estancia is a picturesque, hacienda-style resort nestled in beautiful La Jolla. It’s the perfect place for a vacation, staycation, or weekend getaway. They host a wide range of events throughout the year, have award-winning restaurants, and the most luxurious spa experiences. To kick off 2019, they partnered with the glamorous Moet & Chandon for an evening filled with decadent sips and savors. We were treated to a menu consisting of caviar, sushi, oyster bar, seared scallops, beef wellington, mozzarella bar, risotto bar, and caviar, and unlimited champagne. Kuinise and I had so much fun dancing the night away and of course, sharing that special New Years Kiss at the stroke of midnight. 
I thought for a while about what to wear and eventually decided on this fitted sequin wrap dress from Vici. I loved the practical 3/4 sleeve (it ended up being cold and rainy in San Diego) and the silhouette was perfect for the occasion. Give me any excuse to show up covered in sequins!
